My name is Javier Donado, and I love Product Engineering: transforming ideas from concept to reality through technical craft, design thinking, and strategic execution.
I’ve been a software craftsman and lifelong creator since the early 2000s, building systems, exploring ideas, and bringing products to life. Today, I lead technical direction for several digital products within Porsche’s Customer Portfolio. Over the years, my work has spanned several ARTs and product areas, from experiences on porsche.com to products in the My Porsche app. My work combines solution architecture and people leadership, using systems thinking to remove hidden constraints, create environments where teams can own delivery end to end, and make engineering culture a practical advantage.
